Just returned from a cruise out of NOLA. Carnival did a good job getting people through the check in lines, but the line to go into the parking garage was a long wait if you go too early! We arrived at about 12:30 and didn't have more than a 5 minute wait. Not true with the passengers going in while we were leaving. As we were leaving at 10:30 the lines for the garage and in the check in lines were VERY long! Don't show up too early!!!!
