My sister and I booked a cruise on Celebrity Apex Jan 22 2022 with Crucon and paid a deposit. we understood that we need to pay the balance in August. We have heard nothing from them and their website has no info on how to pay. I have called them at least 20 times and all I get is a message that they are extremely busy and wait time to talk to them is 3 to 5 days When they will call me back. They never do. What should I do? celebrity shows our reservation but they cannot take the balance ad it was booked through Crucon. This is getting extremely frustrating.

Your documents should state that the balance of your cruise will be charged to the credit card you used to book the cruise/deposit. The date is also listed. Check your booking documents!
