Cannot view ship tracker. Screen is blank. I used to see the ships on the map. Gone

How do get the ship tracker maps back. I have been unable to follow ships for a few weeks now. Must have something set up wrong.
Can I get help?

I have been having the same problem lately. Used to track my wife all over the Carib, now it's nothing but a blank screen, nothing works.

Anyone else having this same problem? No matter what cruise line/ship, nothing comes up? Greg's email is full so I can't send him a message... CAN ANYONE HELP??
