Hi members, we have been trying to contact Costa for a couple of weeks now but their website is temporary suspended and phone lines closed. Does anyone have the same experience or found a way to contact them? Thanks

After the Costa Concordia disaster there about out of business. I'd switch cruise lines if your able to get your money back.

Operations had been shut down and very limited due to COVID-19. They are expected to start a limited return to cruising at the end of March 2021. I would give them a couple more weeks (till mid-March) and then try to contact them again.
