I'm not aware of any "Free" cruising options for ASD children offered directly by any cruise line themselves. The number of children who are in the Autism spectrum is so large these days that cruise lines would have a hard time maintaining such a program.
There are numerous other programs that offer grants and funding for vacations for ASD children and their families. You may be familiar with some of them:
Royal Caribbean has dedicated cruises every year for families living with Autism.

As for having all the money at once, I don't believe any cruise line requires this unless you are within a couple months of your cruise departure. Cruise payments can typically be done similar to a free lay-away program. You pay a certain amount each month until the cruise is payed off, which is usually required to be completed 60-90 days before your cruise departure date.
