Can you tell me how to send a message to Carnival? I am tired of doing it on phone or while on ship. We were on the Freedom a couple of weeks ago and had 2 things that went wrong that ruined our frist cruise and while on ship they promised discounts and things to help off set the problems that never happened and then after we were home i spoke on phone twice to someone who assured me we would be getting a discount for the trip being so miserable and she would send it email to us. Nope never happened so would like to try an email if you can tell me how.
