Failure to refund

I recently cruised with Disney cruise line. I understand that there was a hurricane in the Eastern Caribbean and we were diverted to the western Caribbean however the passengers were never offered the opportunity to cancel their upcoming cruise for refunds, not were we given any refund. The Eastern Caribbean cruise is more expensive than the western cruise. Other cruise lines offered something to their passengers and assisted the islands in recovery/evacuation efforts while DCL cashed in. Shame on the line. This was my 10th cruise with them and there won't be an 11th.

I think the main thing is to be heard! Do not assume or wait for them to do something for you and that includes every cruise line, if you call the cruise line and speak to someone in customer service immediately and tell them of your concerns and that you will probably not sail with them anymore because you won't offer anything you would be surprised at what you can get including future cruise credits
