The delicious hand-crafted burgers at Guy’s Burger Joint – a poolside burger venue developed by Food Network personality Guy Fieri currently featured on several Carnival ships – has earned Top Hamburger honors in the annual Porthole Cruise Magazine Editor-in-Chief Awards. The awards recognize cruise lines in a broad range of product- and service-related categories.
The first Guy’s Burger Joint debuted on Carnival Liberty in 2011 as part of the initial rollout of Fun Ship 2.0, the line’s $500 million product enhancement strategy. The venues were a huge hit from the get-go with guests lining up for Fieri’s freshly grilled burgers which are served with tasty and inventive toppings and hand-cut fries.
It’s estimated that hungry Carnival guests consume more than 1,000 burgers per day per ship at Guy’s Burger Joints, which feature a fun décor that celebrate the chef’s California roots and love of car culture.
