my sister travels currently on Ocean Victory cruise ship, and I would like to message her our families best birthday wishes....is that in any way possible?...? Message to the captain and he transmits it to my sister? Her name is Maier Andrea, birthday on March 11th....maybe somebody knows how to do this....thanks a lot
