Issue With Carnival Dream's - Deck (Aft) Camera Link

carnival Dream deck (Aft) camera webcam is not live I've been trying to see my parents for over an hour trying to see them and let them know that i can see them while they can still call me on the cell phone before they get to far out to sea. last year they went through bad weather and we had a certain time i would get on and be able to see them because they couldn't call me and if something happened that's how i would know they were ok they are older and i worry about their health please email me if there is another site i should be on so we can get where the best place for them to stand and so on before the get to far out thanks in advance for all your help
