Hi my name is Evi. I am new to this. How do i track the Norwegian Pearl it was supposed to leave Miami this morning Sydney time all I get is a map with a million markers in it and none of them are that cruise ship. Went to web cam and that shows it sitting in dock at night. Says it updates every 30 seconds or so but hasn't updated for 4 hours. Disappointed with this. My son wanted me to track him. What is wrong with it or is it me
