Hi,
I my name is Mike Terry, I work for the company that looks after the http://www.hmswarrior.org/ website.
We have recently installed a webcam on the top of the 19th century warship mast and it is now live for the public to view. The camera spans the Portsmouth harbour, the ship itself and the surrounding areas. It can be viewed here: http://www.hmswarrior.org/webcam
