Ingredients:

2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
2-3 tsp Lime Juice
8 oz Ginger Beer

Instructions:

Shake rum and lime juice with ice.
Pour into copper mug and top with approximately 8 oz of ginger beer.
Optionally, garnish with pineapple slice and or cherries.
