Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Plymouth Gin
0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
0.75 oz. blend of agave / honey / simple syrup
1 teaspoon agave (dash of honey, 2 parts simple syrup)
1 teaspoon yuzu juice
Black Hawaiian Sea Salt (optional rim garnish)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in shaker.
Shake with ice.
Add black Hawaiian sea salt to rim of glass (optional).
Strain into Nick and Nora glass.
