0.75 oz. Courvoisier VSOP Cognac
0.5 oz. Cointreau
0.25 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
0.25 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 oz. French Champagne
Orange Peel (garnish)

Instructions:

Stir first four ingredients in mixing glass.
Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
